Henry C. Montgomery, Founder and Chairman
Henry Montgomery has more than 40 years of experience in financial and corporate management and has been CEO or CFO for many companies from start-ups to very large companies, including, Spectrian Corporation, Memorex Corporation, and Fairchild Camera & Instrument Corporation. He was a management consultant in both the U.S. and Europe with McKinsey & Company and a member of the audit staff of Arthur Andersen & Co. Henry was a founding member of the Silicon Valley chapter of the Financial Executives Institute. Currently, he is the chairman and founder of Montgomery Professional Services Corporation, an affiliate of MontPac.
Henry retired from active involvement in MPSC several years ago to focus on public company board service. Today, Henry serves as director of three public companies, serving as chairman of the audit committee of Swift Energy Company (NYSE), chairman of the board and audit committee of Catalyst Semiconductor, Inc. (NASDAQ) and chairman of the board and audit committee of ASAT Holdings Limited (NASDAQ). He also is on the board of three private companies; DragonBridge Capital LLC and Pipeline Communications & Technologies, LLC both in Hawaii, and Purdy Electronics Corporation in California. He a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii and serves his city as a director of the Honolulu Symphony Society. He has also been an instructor of accounting at the University of Hawaii – Manoa.
As Henry became increasingly involved in Hawaii business as a board member and investor with the University of Hawaii Angel Investors, it became clear that Hawaii’s community of small businesses and rapidly growing base of start up companies could benefit immensely from the MontPac model. MontPac was formed in mid-2006. |

Scott B. Power, Co-Founder and President
Scott Power has an MBA with over 30 years of accounting, tax and business consulting experience. He attended Punahou School and has a B.S. degree from Denver University and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University. Scott specializes in tax planning and preparation and currently serves over 60 clients. Scott is the owner of Studio West, Inc. Hawaii, an established video production and editing studio. He is a board member and President of The Manoa Heritage Center, board member and Vice President of The Ku’Alii Foundation and board member and Vice President of the Oahu Cemetery Association. He is the former President of the Punahou Alumni Association. |

Cathy Yoshia, Vice President, Client Services
Cathy Yoshida is a Certified Public Accountant with over 9 years experience in accounting and audit. Cathy joined MontPac from Ernst & Young, where she was a senior manager in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice. She began her career with E&Y in Honolulu and spent over four years in its Silicon Valley office specializing in the Technology, Communications and Entertainment industry sector serving clients such as Hewlett Packard and Advanced Micro Devices. Cathy also spent time away from E&Y in Silicon Valley at a start-up networking company and a public software company, focusing on internal and external (SEC) reporting. Cathy is a graduate of Punahou School and Boston College, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and a major in Accounting. |

Agnes Pecjo-Ang, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President - Accounting Operations and Chief Finance Officer
Agnes Pecjo-Ang is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years experience in Audit, Controllership, Finance Operations, and Business Process Migration. Agnes joined MontPac from Citigroup's Regional Finance Operations unit in the Philippines where she held the position of Assistant Vice-President and Deputy Cluster Head for Western Europe. She also previously held the position of Internal Audit Head for Transnational Diversified Group, one of the Philippines' largest conglomerates partnered with global logistics provider NYK. During her stay at TDG, she was assigned as Controller to subsidiary company Transnational Logistics Solutions Corporation. Prior to that, she was Controller for Exchange Properties Resources Corporation, a Philippine real-estate development company and resort operator. She was also AVP-Internal Audit for AMA Group of Companies, Asia's first and largest computer university. Agnes started her career with SGV & Co. (affiliated with Arthur Andersen), the Philippines' #1 audit firm, who recruited her immediately after graduating Magna Cum Laude. SGV & Co. is currently affiliated with Big 4 Ernst & Young. |

Carlo Navarro, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Philippine Operations
Carlo Navarro has extensive experience in information technology, business process & general management and is a seasoned technology entrepreneur. He co-founded a highly successful, web and mobile-based city guide for Metro Manila, Localvibe.com, which was eventually acquired by a New York-based American company. In addition, he was co-founder of Adobo Interactive, Inc., a web portal for Filipinos living outside the Philippines. Adobo was eventually listed in the Philippine Stock Excahnge and renamed to IPVG Corp. In addition, he was product manager for JobsDB.com Philippines, Asia's largest recruitment network and COO of Edsamail Philippines, Inc., the Philippines largest free e-mail provider and one of the biggest Internet Service Provides (ISPs) in the Philippines. Recently, he founded CellAware Software, Inc., an SMS-based social networking software and Greenlight Corp., a business and project management firm for the telecommunications, information technology and business processing outsourcing sectors. He graduated with a degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University. |

Bernice A. Parsons, Co-Founder and Vice President Sales and Marketing
Bernice Parsons holds a BS degree in Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and has over 8 years of internet marketing experience with a focus on brand marketing. Bernice has successfully been involved in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. In 1999 she co-founded the pioneering Philippine website, Localvibe.com where she served as Director for Marketing. In Hawaii, Bernice worked as a project manager for Firefly Interactive and later served as the Director for Online Marketing at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. In 2005, she founded Tala Trading Company Inc., an import company distributing home furnishings to major retailers in Honolulu. |
