Every source document that is sent for processing to MontPac is indexed and filed in the appropriate folder on the system. You may access these source files anytime by logging on to the Knowledge Tree website. Permissions are set up to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to specific folders on your cabinet.
Searching for source documents is easy as each file is indexed using key data for
dynamic sorting. Any number of property fields can be implemented to establish optimum filing organization. Search for files by PO Number or sort by vendor. It’s that simple.
